Strength and routine🏋🏽‍♀️

To be able to do the mileage and speed training we do in a week we have to do strength, core and regularly stretch. 🤸🏽‍♀️

It’s easy to pick up our trainers and head out for a run. 🏃🏽‍♀️What takes more time and dedication is also getting to the gym on top of that run. We learnt the hard way that if we slack with strength and conditioning we will get injured. 💪🏼

This week we have been great with getting to the gym and the pool has been amazing in this hot weather too! We have made sure to do running and gym or swimming everyday to get ourselves consistent and happy in our new training plans! 🤓

We are also going to be in great shape for Longlegs wedding in a few weeks which is a bonus 😏
