We were both exhausted today after a long Sunday race day running a half marathon and travelling to Wimbledon. Recovery in sport is so important. Rest, sleep, fuel and health. 💚


We have been testing out the amazing @revival_shots drinks and they do exactly what they promise; rehydrate you, provide you with a natural boost in energy and top you up with vitamins and electrolytes which we need to perform in sport, especially as the weather gets warmer.🌞
