We have both had a great few weeks running, managing to boost our mileage on Sunday long runs. 🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️
We have put in the work and followed a training plan for the times we want to achieve moving forward this season and we have just completed a good chunk.💪🏼now we have an easier week ahead! 🥳 Consistency is key, we love a plan! 🔑
With two weeks until our next race which is with @runthroughuk 🎽 we are now excited to see where we are at, at the start of this season.
This is an exciting race for us because we haven’t left our small town in a VERY long time and we are venturing to London for the race 🥳🚗
Our easier week has landed conveniently on the week Abs returns to work which allows her to find her feet a little.
