3 days post race we are now focusing on our next goal which is a half marathon in May with @runthroughuk
Jas has had to take a few rest days since the 10k race because she has hurt her ankle on the uneven ground. š¦¶š»
Does any one else constantly just feel they are battling with injuries? š¤
Abs has managed to start her month of running on a high as she took a few easy weeks leading up to the race due to niggles and now is ready to build for the half in May. šŖš¼
Itās frustrating having to change our plans but itās also really important to listen and recover properly so that youāre not out for longer with injuries.
We are super excited to get back to track training this month, ON THE ACTUAL TRACK š„³ not in the middle of a road š and also buzzing to see our incredible sports therapist who works absolute magic!
April is all about building on the foundation we built at the start of the year š„³
